"Fall City Washington"
We left Ocean Shores yesterday and took our rig in for a warrenty repair checkup at the Poulsbo Rv Repair in Kent. Boy, they were great. They fixed a few minor things there on the spot! They will call us after the holiday and make an appointment for what else needs to be done .
After leaving Kent we arrived at the Tall Chief Resort In Fall city Washington. This just happens to be our home park! We are at the same site we were in before we left for the south. The mudd and rain are still here!!!!!!

"Baby Seals"
The saddest issue since we arrived on the Washington coast are baby seals. We have seen a total of three between Ocean Shores and Long Beach. We were told that during the month of May the mothers leave their pups on the beach while they go back out to sea and feed for a few weeks. These pups are like babies and they make baby noises. If you pick them up the mothers will not take them back because of our human scent. Also there is $5000 dollar fine. Most of the time the pup wanders to far away from the water. They become disoriented and starve before the mother returns. Today at Ocean Shores we drove by a carcus of a pup that didnt make it. It made us very sad. Rest in peace little Baby Seal.

"Back Home again!"
Wow, its been almost 2 weeks without Internet. Since my last blog entry from Seaside Oregon we arrived back home to Washington State! We stayed at the Sunrise Pacific Holiday Resort in Long Beach. We arived today at Ocean Mist resort in Ocean Shores/ Ocean City .
Feels great to be Back!!!!!!

"Goodbye Oregon"
Well we had nice weather here. I had to give Oreo a bath...she rolled in the sopping wet sand and ran along the water edge! Its a good thing we keep a large bath towell
In our truck! We had a wonderful dinner at the "Bigfoot Steakhouse" a pub here in Seaside. Its full of antiques and looks like a log cabin. Great Food!
Tommorrow we leave for Long beach. I am happy to go back to Washington! Yay!

"Sunny Seaside Oregon"
We are once again In Seaside. It was a beautiful and sunny day. The drive was beautiful. The last time we were here everything was flooded. We stopped At the Tillamook cheese factory to have lunch and get some goodies! Yum! Love those waffle cones!

" Wind and sun"
Well, I forgot how chilly the north pacific coastal winds can be......My freezing ears and having to wear a jacket for the first time in months reminded me! Our friends Dan and Jenny Shephard & kitties are down in Yuma Arizona where the temperatures are a toastie 100 degrees. Stay cool guys...and come home safely!!!!
We leave tommorrow for Seaside, Oregon! Can't wait!

"Marionberry Pie"
You really know you're in Oregon when you eat a piece of yummy marionberry pie!
I know we will have to stop in at the Tillamook Cheese factory and stock up on some more seedless Marionberry jam/jelly!
We arived in Waldport safe and sound. We are staying for 2 days at the Waldport KOA. As I am writing on this blog I can look out my windows and see the Pacific Ocean, Alsea Bay and the Alsea bay bridge. Tommorrow we will go into Newport and check our mail service since we are in town.
